Lammas: A Season of Sacred Ripening
Lammas is the festival of the first harvest, the moment where growth turns to gathering, and the earth offers back the fruits of all we’ve sown.
It falls at the midpoint between the Summer Solstice and the Autumn Equinox, a sacred threshold where the sun begins to wane and the wisdom of the Mother steps forward.
Traditionally celebrated on August 1st, Lammas invites us to honour the cycle of creation with reverence and responsibility.
